By using Find My Property Jamaica ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site

Find My Property Jamaica is a free property directory operated by Publishing Rebel LLC. It connects buyers with licensed realtors. Publishing Rebel LLC is not a licensed real estate broker or agent and is not a party to any transaction. See our Legal Disclaimer for full details.

2. Buyer Terms

  • Browsing the directory is free and requires no account.
  • Free accounts are available for buyers who wish to save listings and set preferences.
  • Buyer account data (wishlist, preferences) is private and will not be shared with realtors.
  • You may not use the Site to scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data without written permission.

3. Realtor Terms

By creating a realtor account, you confirm and agree that:

  • You are a licensed realtor registered with the Real Estate Board of Jamaica with a current, valid license.
  • You will submit your REB license document for verification within a reasonable time of account creation.
  • You will only submit listings for properties for which you have the seller's written authorization to advertise on the internet.
  • If a seller withdraws internet advertising consent for any listing, you will notify Publishing Rebel immediately so the listing can be removed.
  • You will update listing status (Sold, Rented, Under Offer, Under Contract, or Withdrawn) within 24–48 hours of any status change.
  • All listing descriptions, images, and information are accurate, non-deceptive, and do not misrepresent the property.
  • You will maintain your REB license in good standing throughout your time on the platform.
  • Your account and listings may be suspended or removed if these obligations are not met.
  • You are solely responsible for all interactions with buyers, all listing content, and all aspects of any property transaction.

4. Prohibited Uses

  • Submitting false, misleading, or deceptive listing information
  • Listing properties without seller authorization
  • Using the Site in any way that violates Jamaican law or the Real Estate (Dealers and Developers) Act
  • Attempting to scrape, copy, or automate access to listing data
  • Impersonating another person or realtor

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Publishing Rebel LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Publishing Rebel LLC's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or any transaction between a buyer and realtor.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
